Jean Clareboudt

The sculpture consists of four very long iron girders, which follow the slope all the way down, and bend at the bottom, making it look like a large shovel that seems to swing up.

It could be the sun, being thrown down to the sculpture Bottom Angle.

The sculptures in the park are made of natural materials.

·  The large granite stones point back to ancient times.

·  The steel girders are made of iron, extracted from ore.

·  The concrete foundations consist mainly of stone and sand.

·  Wood is found in the forests around us.

Thus, Jean Clarebout and Robert Jacobsen connect their art with the surrounding nature.
